The private classes are a great way to explore the type of training programme that is just right for you. Perhaps you are brand new to Barre and could benefit from some personalised instruction to get you feeling confident enough to join in the group sessions. Maybe you're a regular and looking to push your training to the next level or maybe you are looking to rehabilitate an old or a new injury and need a tailored programme to get you back to feeling strong, stable and aligned. With all classes hosted online, this is a cost effective way for you to get personalised fitness coaching at times, and places, that work around your schedule.


WHY THESE CLASSES MIGHT BE FOR YOU

YOU'RE BRAND NEW TO BARRE
If you're a total Barre newbie and feeling a little apprehensive to jump straight into a live group class then the private sessions are a great option for you. I will take you through a beginners level class, working through each of our signature moves to ensure your alignment and form are correct throughout the class. After just a couple of one-to-one sessions, you'll find you are much more confident to join in the live group classes, or catch up with the on demand classes
on your own.

YOU'D LIKE TO HONE YOUR TECHNIQUE
If you're a regular Barre goer and enjoy the benefits you've seen as a result but are looking to advance your training then the private sessions are a great option to add into your routine. We'll discuss your fitness goals together and build a structured programme to help you achieve them. Each class will be totally different and varied each time to ensure you consistently see sustainable and lasting changes as a result of your hard work.

YOU NEED A TAILORED TRAINING PLAN
The journey through recovery, physiotherapy and injury rehabilitation is different for everyone but there’s no doubt that the end goal is often the same; getting you back to feeling strong, stable and aligned. Private classes for injury rehabilitation are built totally around your needs with a structured programme in place.


HOW IT WORKS
We'll start off with a complimentary telephone consultation to chat through your fitness goals and then I will build a bespoke programme for you. From there we'll schedule class times and lengths that work around you and all classes will be hosted online via Zoom. Here's an overview of class prices;

An Introductory 30 minute private class is available for £15.

45 minute classes are available for £30 or a block of 10 classes for £265.

Private classes, lasting 60 minutes, are available for £40 per class, or £350 for a block of 10 classes.
