A year from now
November 2027
You won’t be able to point at the moment it changed, because there won’t have been one. There’ll have been…
January
The one you actually started.
February
Fifteen minutes on a Tuesday. You counted it, because it counts.
March
A fortnight where you surprised yourself.
Summer
Some weeks were nothing at all, and it didn’t turn into three months, because there was something short waiting when you came back.
Next November
A Tuesday where you notice you’ve been doing this for a year.
That’s the whole thing. Not a transformation.
A year of movement behind you
which is the bit nobody ever gets to, because everybody quits in week three of something.
Consistency isn’t doing it every day.
It’s coming back to it.
Two classes a week for a year is about a hundred. Half that is fifty, which is fifty more than the year you quit in March, and I’d take it every single time.
You’ve started before
Gym in January. An app in March. A studio you loved and then stopped getting to. Every one of them started with proper intentions.
Here’s what I’ve noticed after five years of this. People don’t stop because the classes got worse. They stop because once a month there’s a little moment where you see £25 leave your account during a week you didn’t train, and you think ‘what am I even paying for’.
Twelve of those moments a year. Twelve chances to opt out.
An annual takes eleven of them away.
You decide in November, and then you just get on with it.

“I’ve never felt as strong and as toned as I have in recent weeks. No influencer vibe, just good training.”
Maxine · Google · App Store
“I recently went to a Reformer Pilates class and that’s when I realised how exceptional Gen is. I was strong, skilled and capable in what was a tricky class.”
App Store review
“Gen played a crucial role in helping me stay strong both pre- and post-natally, so much so that my gynaecologist was impressed with my pelvic floor strength.”

And here’s the year you’re buying
December to November
Most memberships hand you a library and wish you luck. This is a year that already expects you to have bad months, and has a plan for those too.
December
Barre Minimum
Keep the wheels on. Fifteen minutes, no kit, doable at your mum’s. December isn’t asking you to build a new routine. Just keep a little bit of yours.
January · 10 days
Ten Days Together
Ten days to get moving again, all starting the same morning with a live kick-off on Monday 4th. Then keep going with another four weeks if you’re feeling it.
February
Small and often
The January buzz has worn off. Good. This month is about finding the amount of movement you can actually keep doing.
March · 10 days
Ten Days of Strong
Ten days to get started, followed by four weeks of progressive strength. Come back to the same moves and notice what changes.
April
Change the record
New music, new choreography, a whole new collection. Forty minutes to get out of your head and back into your body.
May · 10 days
Ten Days of Mornings
Get it done before the day gets going. Ten mornings, lighter skies and a little time that’s just yours.
June
Twenty minutes, yours
When the calendar starts filling up, the classes get shorter. Shut the door, press play and take twenty minutes for yourself.
July
Twenty minutes, yours
The holidays are here. Your routine might look different, but your twenty minutes are still there when you need them.
August
Twenty minutes, yours
Holiday lets, gardens, spare rooms. Bring your mat if you have one; press play wherever you are. Live classes carry on too.
September · 10 days
Ten Days Back
Back to school, back to you. Ten days to find your rhythm again, with four more weeks to keep it going.
October
Looks like nothing
Breath, alignment, pelvic floor. The work you might barely see, but absolutely feel.
November · 10 days
Strong before Christmas
Build strength now, while everyone else is waiting for January. Then December’s Barre Minimum will help you keep the wheels on.
Five times a year, ten days together
One start date, everyone begins the same morning. Four of the ten are live, so somebody’s expecting you. And seven out of ten is a finished challenge. I’m not counting, but you might be.
What the year gets you

Three live classes a week
For the weeks when being expected somewhere is the only thing that works.
A 1:1 with me in January
Half an hour working out what you’re actually doing this year, so you’re not guessing.
300+ classes, 15 to 45 minutes
Barre, Pilates, strength, stretch. And new ones every single week.
Wherever you’re at
Pregnancy, postnatal, your cycle and 45+ run through every month of it.
The WhatsApp lot
More chat than fitness most days, and that’s rather the point.
Pause whenever you need it
One, two or three months, added to the end of your year rather than taken off it.
And if it turns out not to be for you, I’ll give you your money back.
Thirty days, no conversation required and no form to fill in. You keep everything you’ve done in the meantime, and we’ll say no more about it.
No free trial
Nothing to remember to cancel. You’re just in.
30 days to change your mind
Four times longer than the trial, and you keep access while you decide.

And before you decide
Who you’d actually be doing this with
Me. Not a rotating cast and not an algorithm. Three mornings a week, every week, August included.
I’ve been teaching this since my living room in 2020. I’m in every class doing it with you, including the bits I find hard, and I’ll be the one emailing you in February when you’ve gone a bit quiet.
Gen x
The bit you’re actually wondering
Answered honestly, including the ones I’d rather dodge.
“What do I actually get?”
Three hundred and something classes, from fifteen minutes to forty-five. Three live classes a week, every week, August included. The programmes, the women’s health work, and the whole year planned out so you’re not deciding on your own every Monday. All you need is a mat and a bit of floor.
“What if I pay for a year and don’t use it?”
Some months you won’t. That’s not a character flaw, that’s a life. Thirty days to change your mind and get your money back, no conversation needed. Pause whenever you like, and it adds time to the end of your year rather than eating it. And the classes start at fifteen minutes for the weeks when that’s all there is.
“I’ve never done barre. Am I fit enough?”
You are. Start with the beginners’ classes for the choreography, not because of your fitness. Plenty of very fit women have been humbled by a plié. It’s the moves, not you, and you’ll have them in a fortnight.
“I’m already paying monthly. What happens?”
You switch, and whatever’s left on this month gets credited, so you never pay twice. Everything else stays exactly as it is: same app, same classes, same me. You just stop being asked to decide every month.
“Why is it this price?”
Because it’s Black Friday, and I do this once a year. The rest of the time the year is £240 and the monthly is £25. So there’s nothing to wait for, which is rather the point of telling you.
“What if something changes, like pregnancy, injury or a rough few months?”
Then we change what you’re doing, not whether you’re doing it. I’m a qualified pre and postnatal specialist and there’s work for every stage of it, plus classes built around injury, joints and perimenopause. And if you need to stop altogether for a bit, pause is there.
The maths, plainly
Monthly
£25a month
£300 over a year, and twelve little moments where you wonder whether to stop.
The year · until Monday
£200once
Under £17 a month. One decision, then a year of not having to make it again.
And look — I know it’s a ridiculous month to ask you for two hundred pounds. You’re buying for everyone else, and I’m asking you to buy one thing for you.
That’s rather the point, though. This is the bit of next year that’s already sorted.
Decide once
£200 for the year. Thirty days to change your mind. Ends midnight, Monday 30 November.
And if you’d rather not, that’s completely fine. £25 a month isn’t going anywhere.
