Before the day runs away from you.
Fifteen minutes before everything else begins. Barre, Pilates and strength classes that help you feel stronger and build a routine that fits your life.

- 300+ classes from fifteen minutes
- Three live classes a week
- Pause whenever you need to
The hard part is coming back.
Starting a workout is one thing. Finding a way to keep going through busy weeks, missed sessions and changing plans is another. That’s what the app is built to help you do.
- Fifteen minutes countsThere is no week so bad that you can’t do something. That’s the whole point of the short ones, and they’re the most-watched classes in here.
- Nothing resetsDisappear for a fortnight and come back to exactly where you were. No catching up, no week one, no streak to have broken.
- Pause is a buttonNot a conversation, not an email to me, and not a thing you have to justify. One, two or three months, and your time waits for you.
Consistency isn’t doing it every day. It’s coming back to it.

I didn’t realise I could feel strong and calm at the same time.
Sophie, app member
I come away energised rather than completely wiped out. My mind is so much more clear, no matter what sort of day I’ve had.
Rose, app member
As a member I continue to feel stronger physically and mentally. Nothing like a 7.30am live class to start your day.
Janice, app member
Worth saying: almost nobody who writes in mentions weight, and almost nobody mentions looking different. They mention feeling strong, sleeping better and being less wrecked by four o’clock.
Start small
The ones our members come back to when there’s no time and no energy left. The longer classes will wait.

You won’t be doing this on your own
- A 1:1 with meBefore you start, so you’re not guessing where to begin.
- A WhatsApp groupHonestly more chat than fitness most days.
- Live classesSometimes knowing someone’s expecting you is what gets you onto the mat.
- Nobody keeping scoreIf you miss a week. Or three.
Most of us are in here between seven and nine in the morning, before anyone’s asked us for anything. You’d be in very good company.
The things you’re thinking
These are the real reasons people tell me they stopped, or never started. If any of them sound familiar, you’re in very good company.
- I’ll pay for it and then not use it.Most of us have been there, and it isn’t a character flaw. The thing that makes the biggest difference is your first week: aim for three sessions. That’s where members see the biggest change in their routine, and once you’ve done three, the routine tends to follow. After that, nothing resets, the shortest class is fifteen minutes, and pausing is just a button. And if it really isn’t for you, you can cancel. No awkward exit interview, I promise.
- I can’t make myself work out at home.I completely get it, and it’s a different thing from not having time. Three things really help: the three live classes a week, where we’re actually expecting you; your free 1:1 with me, so you’re never working it out on your own on a Tuesday; and the WhatsApp group, which is more chat than fitness in the best way. And if you’re near Cobham, come and see us in person. I’d so much rather that than you drift.
- It’s the wrong time. New job, new baby, everything at once. There’s never a perfect time, and waiting for one is how six months slip by. Start with three fifteen-minute sessions in your first week. That’s small enough to fit around even the messiest week, and starting imperfectly is still starting. I’ll be right there with you.
- I’m not sure I’ll be any good at it.You’ll be better than you think. This isn’t a dance class and you don’t need any dance background at all. You’ll be surprised how familiar so many of the movements feel, just done with a bit more control. Start with the beginners classes to find your feet, and you’ll feel at home before you know it.
- Is this only for mums? Not at all, and I know the mum thing can feel loud. Pregnancy and postnatal is where my qualifications go deepest, which is why you hear about it. But more than a quarter of our members are well past that stage, plenty were never there, and there’s lots in here built specifically for perimenopause, bones and joints. Whatever stage you’re at, there’s a place for you here.
- What do I actually need?Just a mat and a bit of floor. Some classes use light hand weights or a band, but I’ll always tell you before we start and there’s always a version without. No barre at home? A chair or a kitchen worktop works perfectly.

Near Cobham?
Come and do it in person sometimes. Turning up somewhere is its own kind of accountability, and the app is waiting for the weeks you can’t.
