4 WEEK WORKOUT PROGRAMME

  • Starting on the 6th of the month, the December Challenge is here to support you through the busiest time of the year. The Christmas season is totally lovely and completely chaotic in equal measure so this challenge is here to encourage you to keep taking a time out for yourself. 

  • The challenge is packed with our favourite Barre workouts, shorter live and on demand classes, a mixture of more intense cardio sessions and some gentler stretchy flows. The programme has been built to work around your crazy Christmas party schedules (and the subsequent hangovers!).

  • Reducing the road blocks to help you stay consistent over the Christmas period, your challenge is to complete a minimum of 3 classes every week to keep you feeling motivated with your workout routine before we head into the New Year (and an exciting January challenge!).

  • Members will automatically access all parts of the challenge and newbies can join us free for 7 days after which the membership is £25 per month.
