Following our recent post, How to Rediscover your Motivation Mojo, I wanted to share a review of some fitness and wellness journals that I've tried that I've found SO beneficial in helping create a consistent routine.

This is more of a general diary and habit tracker combo. The cover material and inside papers are gorgeous and it gives you space to plan over a 6 month period. The updated weekly design allows you to start using it any time of the year and make detailed plans for the upcoming months. The 7 am - 7 pm schedule with 30-minute increments gives you space to assign time blocks, schedule meetings and appointments or plan your day and to-dos by giving yourself allocated time slots.
