For many, Barre fitness is a totally new way of working out and the Barre addicts amongst you will know there’s a lot to get your head around when you first start but once you’ve broken that barrier, there’s no looking back.

To help you on your quest to break down your Barre barriers, I am offering all members a complimentary 30-minute online private class. This session is an opportunity for us to spend some time together working through any particular positions or movements you’re struggling with and will allow me to tailor workout recommendations based on your current fitness levels and any injuries we may need to modify around.

As most of you know, I’ve always been looking to grow the membership without losing our wonderful close-knit community vibe and the best way to do that is to encourage more family and friends of current members to join our tribe.
I’m therefore delighted to offer every member the opportunity to give away 2 complimentary online private class passes to someone in your life who you think could become a Barre addict. They will not need to sign up for the membership to be able to redeem their free classes but if they want to access tailored workout recommendations they'll need to join us for the free trial.
