The monthly membership gives you access to live and on demand classes, with 6 brand new classes available on the video library each week. You'll also be able to book your complimentary 30 minute online private class once you've signed up to the free trial.
Live classes are held online via Zoom which allows me to give corrections and modifications directly to you throughout the class, very much like we're in a studio together.
The video library is home to recordings of all our live classes as well as lots of other workouts, including shorter 'Barre Bites' which vary from full body workouts to targeted muscle group work as well as stretch sequences.
Each class is totally unique so you will never have to take the same class twice. It's this variety that will keep you engaged, motivated and coming back for more.

Every class is a full body workout designed to help you get the most out of the time you can dedicate to exercise. You'll see your posture and alignment improve rapidly which will dramatically improve your technique. The approach works fast and with consistent practice, you can expect to see results within weeks! THE FULL WORKS
A thorough full body workout where every muscle group is worked from ALL angles. With every class packed full of new Barre challenges, you'll consistently get stronger but never plateau. This class works wonders for building strength, increasing range of movement, improving balance and building endurance. We combine body weight exercises with the use of light hand weights and resistance bands to keep the classes varied, keeping you engaged and motivated.
THE FAST & FURIOUS
UPPER BODY & CORE 30 AND LOWER BODY 30
If you're going to rise, you may as well shine! For those looking to squeeze a quick 'Barre burn' into a hectic schedule, this is a great choice for you.You can expect a fast and furious workout that will leave you full of endorphins to see you through the rest of the day. These shorter classes run on Friday mornings at 7.30am.
Every other Friday a Barre 45 HIIT class replaces these shorter classes. This is a Barre-inspired, low impact, high intensity interval training class designed to raise your heart rate and improve overall fitness.
BARRE & STRETCH
BARRE & STRETCH 45 & 60
This class is a glorious combination of 45 or 30 minutes of Barre followed by 15 minutes of relaxing and restorative stretching. I know I shouldn't have a favourite but honestly this one is it! You'll leave these classes feeling strengthened and lengthened in equal measure! It's the perfect start to your week on a Monday morning, end to your day on a Thursday evening or start to your weekend on a Saturday morning.
BEGINNERS BARRE 45
Technique is absolutely fundamental to nailing all your Barre workouts and the beginners class is the best place to start. These classes are at a slightly slower pace in comparison to Barre 45 and Barre 60. We'll work thoroughly through each of our key positions and movements to give you a strong foundation to take you on to the intermediate and advanced classes. They're the perfect starting point for your Barre journey and a great option to come back to whenever you want a refresher on technique!

MEET YOUR COACH, GEN
It's nice to put a face and a story to a name sometimes, especially if you're letting me into your home every day (albeit virtually)! So here's a little bit about me...
I'm Gen (short for Genevieve) Greensted. I moved to London about 6 years ago after finishing university in Manchester and growing up in the Cornish countryside with my lovely family. The gorgeous fluffy pooch in my pictures is Poppy. You'll sometimes see her running in and out of our classes!
I worked in the luxury fashion sector in Marketing and Creative Operations for brands like Hugo Boss and Hackett London up until March 2020. Exercise has always been a regular part of my routine. Previously I had always favoured HIIT workouts, cardio-focused aerobic classes, some strength training and next to no low impact exercise. After taking a Barre class at my local gym, I really enjoyed the nostalgia of elements from my ballet training in there and I wanted to explore it further.
I qualified as a Barre instructor in 2018 having trained with Barreworks boutique Barre & Ballet studio in Richmond. Their methodology is the most advanced in the industry, developed over 10 years by Founder, Vicki Anstey & Team GB Physiotherapist, Katherine Ready. The method is second to none and is the most effective workout I’ve ever come across. I furthered my training with a Barre for injury rehabilitation course in 2020, geared towards supporting clients transitioning from guided physiotherapy back to regular exercise.
My online Barre fitness programme takes its foundations from this method and is put together in a varied and flexible, online format, giving you access to both live and on demand classes. My vibe is; let's sweat, shake (probably swear) and laugh our way through the classes together, finishing up feeling fabulous, inside and out!
